The Gaps No One Owns
A business can have experienced people in every department and still struggle to move forward. The plans keep coming. The budget keeps growing. Everyone is working, but the owner is left wondering, “Where is the money going, and why aren’t we seeing the progress we expected?” Through conversations with business owners, I began paying closer attention to what happens between those departments: the inquiry that never becomes a sales conversation, the promotion that operations wasn’t prepared for, or the report that shows activity without explaining its value. People have their roles, but the gaps between them often have no owner.
My perspective comes from a business education focused on finance, more than ten years of experience in sales and marketing within the technology industry, and my previous work as a licensed financial advisor. That background taught me to look beyond how something looks or how much attention it gets. I want to understand what it costs, what it contributes, and whether it makes sense for the business. When I speak with an owner, I start by listening: What are you trying to achieve? What have you already invested in? Where do you feel stuck? Before recommending more spending, I believe we should understand what the business already has, and why it may not be working together.
That is why I created Wildfire OS™, a software platform I personally developed to connect our strategy with the work that moves a business forward. It brings research, planning, creative production, sales, marketing, and technology into one coordinated approach.
As part of this, we developed the Wildfire Client Portal, giving each client their own login to review content, approve materials, request changes, view upcoming posts, and follow promotions and monthly marketing plans. Clients can easily track what is ready for review, what has been approved, and what comes next, all in one place.
For me, a system should do more than organize tasks. It should help people understand what needs to happen next, who is responsible, and how their work contributes to a shared goal. Alongside the platform, we develop websites, software, and business systems tailored to each client’s needs, bringing sales, marketing, and operations closer together. My goal is to give business owners clearer visibility, easier coordination, and a stronger foundation for growth.
At Wildfire, we begin by understanding the brand, its customers, its resources, and the challenges holding it back. From there, we connect the services it needs, whether that means content production, campaigns, promotions, events, influencer partnerships, a website, or a better process for handling inquiries and bookings. Our approach is Audit · Design · Build · Scale. Every recommendation should have a reason, every action should have an owner, and progress should be measured against agreed goals. Clients gain coordinated support across functions, with a scope shaped around their priorities and budget.
I built Wildfire because I want business owners to feel more in control of what they are building. To understand where their resources are going, see what deserves attention, and make their next decision with clearer information. Growth takes effort, but that effort needs direction and a foundation strong enough to support it. My purpose is to help close those gaps, so the work, the people, and the investment can move the business forward together.
“My vision for Wildfire is to help business owners see where their efforts are leading, and build the connections that turn those efforts into lasting growth.”
